A few days ago I put up Kontera ContentLink in-text ads as a source of revenue.
Kontera’s ContentLink basically turns certain keywords from your web page into a link to a txt ad from Kontera’s advertisers.
There are quite a few Kontera advocates who are touting it as the next big thing after Google’s Adsense. On the other hand there are others who are not so big on Kontera for a number of reasons. They range from it not generating nowhere as much revenue as Adsense and slowing page downloads.
I decided to put up ContentLinks and let myself be the judge of that. I will give it a go for a little while and see where it takes me.

Hi Gerri,
I have always not been sure of KONTERA. I think it could be a good source of income but I think alot of readers don’t like it. I’m intrested to see how you get on with it. Keep us updated!

Hi gerri. I use Kontera ContentLink on my site and in almost 3 months i made $0.70 with 80 clicks. I think I will give up Kontera and try IntelliTXT.

I had Kontera on my blogger site for little over a week and got no clicks. I’m not sure it was configured well enough after a week. I’ve switched to my own domain and server, so haven’t had time to setup with Kontera yet. Probably awhile away from that.

I have had Kontera for about a week. I have noticed that there aren’t always a relevant ad to go along with the text that it linked to. I have made a whopping 0.21c in the last 7 days from 2 clicks. I will leave it for now I like that I can change the color code and make it blend or coordinate with my text. I am also going to go check out IntelliTXT as well.

both Kontera and Infolinks are great programs that can monetize your website, i earn much better on Infolinks ,*;
